Men's Ministry
Why Men's Ministry is a Must:
According to George Barna of www.barna.org:
3.5% of families follow when a child is the first to attend church.
17% of families follow when a mother/wife is the first to attend church.
93 % of families follow when a father/husband is the first to attend church.

WOW,guys, that last statement says it all! Whether we like it or not, we are all role models, and we believe that developing and nurturing a real personal love relationship with God is not only a high priority, but a necessity. In order for us to be the spiritual leaders God wants us to be, there must be a strong commitment to develop a close relationship with our God Almighty, Jesus Christ. This relationship will allow us to love our wives, children, families, friends and neighbors like Christ loves them, and for some, this may be the only glimpse of Christ they ever see.Only when we learn to truly love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, can we really learn to love others, and if our relationship with God is not what it should be, then our relationship with others will suffer. BUT,if we put God first in our lives and are committed to having a real, personal, and practical relationship with Him and other men, then we can become spiritual leaders at home, work, and in the church, and that is what will make us better husbands, fathers, sons, friends and neighbors.
